Thanking the Lord for Adoption

"He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself,

according to the kind intention of His will . . . "

Ephesians 5:1

So grateful for both God's adoption of us, and also for the blessing of experiencing the adoption of Benjamin and Brielle.

On Saturday, we were SO blessed to have an adoption celebration with a very special family that we were recently introduced to that have adopted 11 of their 14 children!  We were so thankful that Mom and Dad and ten of their children were able to join us for a Thanksgiving feast and day of fun and fellowship! 

We were so blessed to set our two tables for 22 people!
 

 It was such a delightful day of hearing so many amazing testimonies of how our Father has abundantly blessed and provided for this dear family!  And I know we only heard a fraction of the awesome things God has done for them!    God is soooo good!

Being able to care for orphans and adopt the fatherless into a family is a powerful and beautiful display of the very heart of the Gospel of God's grace shown to us in Christ Jesus.  Definitely lots to celebrate!!!
