The day started with an amazing breakfast burrito from a nearby restaurant. We ate our breakfast right outside our hotel room.
After breakfast, we decided to rent some bicycles on Coronado Island and we toured lots of the island this way for about 3 1/2 hours. On our bike ride, we saw some paratroopers in the sky and then watched them land on the USS Midway.
We ran into these flamingos on our journey!
Hotel Del Coronado was undergoing some major construction . . .this picture is for Lukey! :-)
We saw this really cool sand castle in front of Hotel Del Coronado.
On our way back to our hotel, we visited Seaport Village for another hour or so, and then had a hamburger on the beach! It got a little bit chilly, so we headed back to our hotel patio!
And watched the sunset over the beach one last time . . .
