We started our journey with dropping the kids off at John and Valerie's house.

We had two legs of our flight (2 planes) . . .Portland to San Francisco . . .then, SF to San Diego!
When we went to get our thrifty rental car, the first one they assigned us was a 4-door Malibu. When we got in the car, we realized it smelled strongly of smoke, so we went back in and asked for a different car. They ended up giving us the silver mustang in the photos below! (The one directly below is taken from the door of our hotel room!)
We had a lot of fun walking all around Seaport Village! Brought back lots of memories!
While walking the boardwalk around Seaport Village, we spotted this boat feeding and working with this dolphin . . .

There was a long line out of this store today. It is an ice-cream sandwich store! So we decided we needed to try one! It was really, really amazing!

That is soooo sweet! LeAnna and I just went through them together. It brings back so many memories!! Especially seeing those trees . . . I remember them the most for some reason. So so awesome! Looks like you guys are having a blast!
