First Day at Disneyland!

By Lydia . . .
(Your Everything-You-Want-to-Know-About-Our-Trip-To-California-and-More
Correspondent :-)
This is where Joe slept every night at the hotel...yeah, in the closet!

Yay! Oatmeal for breakfast!
Here's Timmy letting out a little bit of his 19-hours-cooped-up-in-a-camper energybefore we even hit Disneyland!

Family photo in front of the hotel.

The biggest reason we went to Disneyland,
was to celebrate the quad's 13Th birthday.

I find it truly amazing that everyone is smiling,
or at least looking at the camera in this one:-)

Our very first ride...Buzz Light year!
Notice that eveyone's smiling in this one too!

They were too busy to smile for this one:-)

This ride was horrifying for Victoria.

Finding Nemo sub ride. The only comment I have for this one:
Not for the claustrophobic.

Timmy got to be a Jedi or somthing like that.

Timmy saying his last good-byes before a wild ride.

Wait a minuite. . .he's not driving is he?

Poor Daddy. He had to ride with Valerie.

Valerie tried to explain. Daddy just sat there and groaned.

While we went on Star Tours and Space Mountain . . .
Joseph and Mommy hit the stores for some Disneyland memorabilia . . . okay . . . candy!
Here, Daddy's already looking a little sick before the ride even began.

Where the wild things are . . .

Splash mountian! Woo hoo!

:-)

Caroline got SOAKED on this ride.
It was funny to me because she was the one that least wanted to get wet. She didn't think it was funny.

My hair looks messy! I think this was after going down the hill.

A picture of our picture! Valerie looks really scared.

That girl that we cut the face off of at the bottom is not with us. . .

Posing for yet another picture right before Indiana Jones.

And another picture. . .
Dude right on!

So What Do We Do On the Road for 19 Hours?

By Lydia:-)
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Are you all wondering what goes on with 7 kids packed
in a small camper, on the road for 19 hours?
Well, now you'll know:-)

Most importantly, we eat and eat a lot.
Here, Valerie is really happy because she has a huge chocolate bar.

We lay in the bed and listen to music. (And play baseball games if you're Kyle:-)

Do Mad Libs.
(If you don't know what those are. . . you should! They're really fun!)

And laugh when the Mad Libs are read.

We watch a lot of movies.

And if you're Timmy, you spend your time stealing your sister Lydia's chapstick
to smell them all.

Notice MY chapstick in Timmy's hands:-)

If you are really bored you can take a billion pictures of each other.
(Don't worry, we'll spare you of having to see all of those:-)

Or...do more Mad Libs.

And if you are EXTREMELY bored,
you can always make smiley faces on the windows:-)
(Timmy's VERY good at it:-)

Pictures of late...

We've been having some very busy and fun times around here. I 've been taking lots of photos, so here's a few of them for ya!
New Year's Eve at Meemom and Papa Bob's.
Fun games, TV, cute little guys to take pictures of, not to mention food...couldn't be better! :-)

Timmy loves to tell stories to the family. He would go for hours:-)
The sunrise on a surprisingly clear morning:-)

Catch Phrase...a family favorite!

I think Valerie was describing toe or something:-)

Breakfast with Aunt Kelley, Cassidy, Meemom, Papa Bob, and...everyone else:-)
This is a picture I took of Cass taking a picture of us:-)

Don't shoot!

Joe wearing the "army stuff" he got for Christmas.

My serious army guy.
Mr. Smiles
Soap I've made lately...this is Oatmeal, Milk and Honey soap. I am hoping to get my first bars sold at small country gift shops for Valentines Day.
This is Fresh Rose
Joe is rarely ever not laughing, smiling, or talking:-)

Two Violinists practicing at church.

You didn't know Caroline's a drummer? Believe me she sounds totally awesome!
(Just kidding:-)

Animal Photos
I love taking pictures of our animals...the only difference with them and people is you can't
ask them to hold still for ONE MORE picture:-)
This is Elsie...I like to call her "Tiny" She's close to full grown,
but still almost as small as a lamb.
"I'm starving!"

" Feed me!"

Maybelle, queen of the pasture!

So you're thinking..."wait a minute you got a cat?"
No, actually this is Prince Charming, (PC) my piano teacher's cat:-)

Lucy, my second favorite dog. Danny's in first place with me:-)
Well, that's it for now! Love you all! Have a great rest of the week!
Lydia
