Christmas 2015 ~ Part 2

Christmas Day!
Such fun, special moments and memories made!
(These are just a few pictures I took throughout the day!  Unfortunately, I missed a lot of all that happened with all the craziness going on!  But it's also nice to just enjoy the moments while they are happening, and not be behind the camera! :-)

A few certain people who will remain unnamed, but will be obviously missing from some photos ;-), weren't ready to be photographed early Christmas morning . . .

Joe got this cool mini lego alligator in his stocking . . .
 It was very challenging . . .
so he needed a little help from Daddy. :-)
After stockings, we enjoyed the yummy cinnamon rolls and sausage egg casserole!
And then some present opening . . .
Brielle does love clothes, especially pretty, girly ones, so this beautiful dress from a friend was a huge hit!

Here, Ben is opening up a very thoughtful gift from Joe.  He gave him one of his lego dinosaurs along with several coupons that Ben can use when he wants to play legos with Joe.

He loved that!
Kyle got this really cool set of electrical snap circuits for Joe.
This is a great gift for our little engineer.
Remote control vehicles are always a big hit with the boys . . .
and especially good with the parents when they are charged by plugging into computers instead of  by batteries!
Caroline gave to Valerie this year . . .
Valerie was saying something like . . . "Is it really what the box says it is???"
YES!!!!
 Timmy gave to Victoria . . .
a special dog tag for Sadie, and some puppy toys!
Valerie surprised her "wombmates" with special canvas photos!
(Victoria gave to Caroline this year . . .and totally blessed her with the beautiful teal sweater dress she is wearing in this picture!  It was perfect for her and she loves it!)
Caroline gave a couple special gifts to Kyle, with a sentimental card attached.
(It  seems there was something in the card that made his eyes water . . . . ;-)
 Brielle loves this gift . . .
It is a cow that sings "Old McDonald!"

Oh boy!  This is a big one!
 Her first little doll house!
Now for a little something Kyle got for the baby sister . . .
Perfect for the little princess!  Nail polish with a little nail dryer in the container.
Kyle blessed all the older sisters with Starbucks Frappuccino chilled coffee drinks, Mommy with a local espresso stand gift card, and Daddy with this . . .
Joe gave Kyle this T-shirt that reads,
"Life is too short . . .so pray hard, love each other, and smile (while you still have teeth!)"
Loved having Richie and Lydia with us all day!
And Meemom and Papa Bob, and Aunt Kelley, Louis and Cassidy!

Joe playing with one of his gifts . . .
Can you spot it flying by?

Around 3pm it was time to eat again!
 Playing with the toys . . .
I just had to capture this little interaction between Brielle and Charlie . . .

Tired baby girl . . .
Enjoying the singing cow again a day or two later . . .
Meemom's chili was served up the day after Christmas!
It is always a real treat!
Fireworks to bring in the New Year.
