Little Glimpses of Hope . . .

Yesterday I witnessed some glimmers of hope in these little snapshots of bonding taking place between siblings . . . 

 Brielle was fixing sister's hair and they played happily for a long time afterwards. 

 And these two played legos happily together for a long time! 

I treasure these moments 

and cling to this little ray of hope that we're making progress toward some real bonding and truly loving one other! 

Spring 40 Days for Life Wrap-Up

We were so blessed to have Taylor and Victoria with us for the day! 

(They drove Victoria's new car to church in the morning!  Pictured below! :-) 

  Start of the rally . . . best count was around 150 souls on the corner in front of PP! 

Then, back to Mr. View Baptist Church for a pizza dinner 

and amazing worship and inspirational messages. 

We were especially blessed to have Tibor Baksy, a 40 Days for Life board member speaking to us.  

Kyle did a fabulous job sharing a testimony from his time on the PP sidewalk! 

A Beautiful Spring Morning . . .

We woke up to about 2-3 inches of snow!  

 After a big breakfast, we got all bundled up and headed to our post at PP for a couple hours. 

 We were greeted with two young ladies also exercising their First Amendment right to freedom of speech. Although, they were "speaking" the opposite message than ours with their signs, they were peaceful and willing to dialogue for an hour or so about the reason we all stand on the corner of Yew and Main.   (The big black trash bag belonged to them.  We weren't sure what was in there!) 

 Most of us were dressed up more than usual for standing on the sidewalk in very cold temperatures,

 as we were en-route on our way to another friend's wedding in the afternoon!

This is a flowering plant that Richie and Lydia gave to me for my birthday back in October. 

It just blossomed recently!

Precious Times with Precious People!

We had soooooooooooo much fun with Richie, Lydia and Marilyn last night. 

We had a huge St. Patrick's Day meal for starters and then a fun time with the BABY!!

Beautiful Day at the Ocean!

We were soooooo blessed to be able to take a trip to the ocean 

while it was a sunny, seventy-degree day yesterday!
