in this blessed season of life!
Marilyn is approaching 7 months old already and we are enjoying all her "firsts" each day.
She is "talking" now and she has lots to say! It is soooo adorable!
The quadruplets turned 21 on Sunday!
They have had a few little celebrations together, and we are continuing to celebrate each one with their special meals when we can!
Valerie and Caroline both asked for waffles with strawberry topping for breakfast!
Kyle asked for apple pie for his dessert, which Valerie made for him last night! I wish I had gotten a picture! The pie was beautiful!!! ;-)
On their birthday eve, we took them out for our favorite Chinese food dinner.
Then they had a couple dinners out together . . .one quadie date and one with their awesome new brother, Taylor! :-) (First three pictures from Caroline's phone were at Applebee's on Monday.)
The next two were taken at Ribeye restaurant on their actual birthday!
And then there are all the "lasts" with Victoria before she marries this Saturday.
The reality of her leaving is becoming more and more before us all.
But I think for the quadruplets, it is a particularly emotional reality. :-(
They are so bonded, and I think it is something that only multiples can really understand.
They are also just really close siblings and friends, so it is doubly hard.
But at the same time, we are all so happy and excited to be gaining such a wonderful new brother/son.
Taylor is the best, and we are just so thankful for him!!!
