Tim's First Solo Flight!

He started with his instructor in the plane just to help get any jitters out before his solo flight.

2020 Church Picnic

So this is the first time we have all gathered together in a very long time! 

It was important for us to gather together, as this was Pastor Dean and Linda's last Sunday as Pastor and Pastor's wife.  Pastor Dean just turned 70 and retired from pastoring. 

So this was his last sermon at SVCC and we wanted to give him a proper "send-off" with many people having a chance to speak their appreciation and gratefulness for them.

Tim's 16th Birthday ~ Part Two!

Strawberry crepes, scrambled eggs, and bacon for breakfast! 

Steak and mashed potatoes with a side of green beans with bacon for dinner! 

We're so proud of you and we love you so much, Tim!

Tim's 16th Birthday Party!!!

Since flying is his passion and he is currently taking flight instruction to be a pilot,

the theme of the party was aviation, of course!

We were sooooo blessed to have many of our family and friends join us for the party on Sunday! 

Thank you all for the blessing of being here to celebrate Tim's special 16th birthday with us! 

Since it was Tim's 16th birthday, that would be a "Sweet 16" birthday for him, even with being a guy, right?  He is really sweet!  So it seemed appropriate to have a "Sweet" guessing game!  Some of the "Sweet" game players are pictured below!  Many of them took it very seriously!  ;-)  Later on down in the post, you'll see the grand award ceremony! Ha!
