A Few Pictures of Thanksgiving 2019!

 

 After dinner, Lydia had a fun craft ready for the kids to do! 

 And then, we worked together on the gingerbread house that Marilyn gave to Grandma as a birthday present! 

 Marilyn kept saying "Not eat it?"  

 Hmmmmm.. . . . I wonder if she ate some candy? 😁😍 

 Some after dinner entertainment . . . 

 Pumpkin pie and apple pie for dessert!  Yum! 

Oh How I Love This 2 1/2 Year-Old Little Girl!

This adorable little grand-daughter brings so much joy into my life! 

So very grateful for her!!!! 

(No, it wasn't raining on our little hike!  But she happily carried the umbrella for the whole time! ;-)

A Couple Fun Things This Week!

 So Pure Joy Labradors had a record breaking week! 

14 puppies born to the same mom! 

And all three colors are represented . . .chocolate, yellow, and black! 

So we had a fun few days with John and Valerie hanging out with us while they kept a close eye on the whelping and post-birth process!  They were with us a few nights and what are brothers to do but have wrestling matches! 

 And as Brielle and Valerie were walking back from the kennel one morning, they saw this little fella on our sidewalk right in front of the house! 

Isn't it beautiful?!!!!

It is a Northern Pygmy Owl!

And then these next two pictures of Brielle and her puppy, Rosie, were taken for a picture ornament that Brielle wanted this year. 

 Brielle recently lost both of her two upper front teeth.

(And a few other assorted baby teeth.)

The top one pictured on the right in this photo was already dropping into place kinda behind the baby tooth!  So that is why it is already there!

Very Blessed Weekend!

We were soooooooo blessed to be able to hang out at Taylor and Victoria's this weekend while they got away to the coast for a nice 2 year anniversary celebration.  What a very special blessing to be able to watch little Lukey during this time!  We so enjoyed his sweetness and adorableness! :-)

Since Lukey is growing up in the country, and has cows for neighbors, we decided to introduce him to the movie Annabelle! :-)  

 And he LOVES reading books!

 On Sunday, we took a little trip into the nearby town and found this carousel!

 After the carousel, we took a drive to McMinnville so that Tim and Joe could go to the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum there!  

 Lukey got lots of walking practice there!

 On Monday, we decided to go to the Albany Veteran's Day parade! 

It is advertised as the largest Veteran's Day parade west of the Mississippi!  

 It kicked off with 400+ motorcyclists . . . . about a 15 minute long procession!
