No, not the Seahawks first playoff game . . . . but close!!!
Brielle and I were back at Seattle Children's Hospital . . .
. . . . for her last day of her 12 week course of medication for Hep. C!! And guess what?
The virus is now "undetectable!" (Which means they are confident that she is totally cured!)
And her liver count levels are back within the normal range!!!
And her liver count levels are back within the normal range!!!
(They were high in the beginning because of how Hep. C attacks the liver.)
She had another blood draw today, and she has gotten so used to it, that she watched the whole thing and without even a little whimper! 😊
It's a very HAPPY day!!!!

Hoo-ray!!!! No more Hep C That is wonderful!!!! Good job, Brielle. Nice to know we have one member of the family that does not faint at the sight of a needle.!!!!
Well, I thought the news of Peter and Charlotte's adoption was the BEST news ever, but this ranks right up there, too! So happy to hear of Brielle's new good health!
Thanks so much, Meemom and Donna for rejoicing with us on this special day!! It sure is a monumental day that has been long awaited for five plus years. It is such a relief and huge blessing! Thanks again for your encouragement!
And yes, it sure is nice to have one of us that doesn't shrink away and/or pass out from seeing a needle!
what a wonderful way to start the new year for Brielle. She is such a strong, brave little girl. So happy for her and her future without Hep C. Love, Grammie and Papa
