Last Wednesday, Ted and I helped a certain young man from Michigan with his special wedding proposal plans! We headed to Mt. Rainier to scout out a perfect spot there! It was beautiful!!!
The spot below was our favorite choice!
It was a beautiful day to view the mountain and the bridge and waterfall made it extra special!
On Friday night, it snowed!!!!
And this is what we found on Saturday!
This was a our plan to let John know this was the spot . . .

Then, down on his knee in the snow!!!
We are excited to announce that John and Valerie are engaged to be married in 2019!!!!
Kyle and Daddy helped stop the flow of hikers across the bridge for a few moments!

Oh my goodness, look at those smiles! I’m so happy for them. The pictures are beautiful, the colors I thought only existed in movies!
