Tim stumbled on an incredible deal for tickets from Seattle to Minneapolis!
They ended up being less than $90 each!
Kyle picked us up in Minneapolis at midnight on Friday night!
He decorated their van with Christmas lights, had Christmas candy and hot cocoa handy, and an Amy Grant Christmas CD playing!
Oh and a Colorado Spruce tree also!
Grandma brought a few things for the kids to enjoy!
This fishing game was one of the fun things, since they like to go fishing!
And of course, a coloring book and crayons!
LeAnna makes the BEST coffee, and even with a cute heart, too!
We went for a walk-a-bout their little town!
I think this one might have been a self-timer! :-)
LeAnna made some very delicious meals! She said this soup was a new recipe. It was Kale and Sausage! Very tasty! And her homemade sourdough bread is out-of-this-world!
In the evenings, we played games each night. The guys played a lot of Catan and Gubs. Us girls joined in on some game playing fun with Ticket to Ride and Blitz!
This is their church building. I think they said it was originally a Catholic Church?
These 2 pictures of the church were taken on a different day, with the blue sky in the background!

Liliah and I came along for the fun!
As we were getting belted up for the drive home, we rememebered to turn on the Christmas Lights!

We took a walk and they showed us this historical "root cellar." Built back in the 30's during the Great Depression to store vegetables grown at the nearby school for all of the community!
These were taken in front of their new house!
LeAnna found a pre-owned piano, and the guys were able to go and pick-it up! Yay for extra muscles!
This is one of our traditions every time Grandma comes to visit. . .
I was so happy with this self-timer picture of our last dinner together! And LeAnna did it again with an amazing chili!
A few bonus photos from our phones!
We went to Menards! Amazing Christmas section!
