We Interrupt the Leavenworth Posts for a VERY Important Announcement!!!!

So at around 4pm, when all 12 of us were piled in an elevator in our hotel in Leavenworth we got THE CALL!!!! 
So we quickly put the phone on speaker phone, and while we descended down to the first floor in the elevator, we all hit the roof with our squeals of delight . . .
hearing  . . . ."IT"S A GIRL!!!!" from Richie and Lydia!!!
They had just had
their ultrasound where the technician was able to see if the baby is
a boy or girl!!!
Now, of course, none of us really care if it is a boy or a girl!
We would be just as equally excited if we had heard it was a boy!!!
We would love them just the same!!!
But it is just SO FUN knowing what gender the baby is so we can speak of the baby as a "she" and "her" and "granddaughter" and "niece" and we can start shopping for all those adorable PINK things!!!! Thank you Richie and Lydia for making our day the most special day we have ever had in Leavenworth!!!! : -)
