We have some good news and some bad news to report for the start of June around here.
The bad news . . .
all four of the big sisters and Joseph came down with a terrible stomach virus on Tuesday morning.
The good news is,
our Lord answered our prayers and kept it from spreading any further!

Please pray with us that Lydia is back to her joyful, smiley self again soon!
She was hit hard with the virus and as of yesterday, still didn't have her appetite back.
(Smiling oldest sis with youngest sis, taken long before the sickness hit!) |
The next few pictures all have one thing in common for the beginning of June . . .
lots and lots of tall grass needing to be mowed!!!
Daddy and his helper mowing Papa Bob and Meemom's lower lot with their tractor and brush hog.
Kyle hard at work with his ever-growing lawn care business!
(And also preparing to take the SAT today!)
Newest Bowes lawn mower in training for this season!
Woo hoo!
Our daily dose of cuteness . . .
bringing Mommy some flowers he cut off the hydrangea bushes out front.
Valerie, Daddy and four siblings took a late night drive to the airport last night.
Valerie sold her "Gorgeous Boy" to a breeder in Wisconsin!
It was her first time to put a dog on an airplane.
It was a huge blessing and a great experience!!
The three amigos playing lots outside in the warmth and sunshine!
After not feeling well and being in bed for a couple days this week,
Victoria and Caroline enjoyed getting out in the sunshine with their horses
to cool off in the lake on this warm Saturday!
Praise the LORD.
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good;
his love endures forever.
Ps. 106:1
Glad to hear that you all are getting better! The stomach flu is not fun... :(
