We hope you all had a very blessed day of giving thanks to the Lord!
Our day got off to a wonderful start with Lydia coming
over early to help prepare and enjoy a big breakfast.
(We really missed Richie, though, as he was working.)
Then, after our delightful breakfast,
and with a little hop, skip and a jump,
we went over to see these three dear ones,
After watching some of the Macy's parade,
we came back to our place to get ready for our big feast!
Looks like Daddy is giving Joe some turkey-carving pointers.
Or is it the other way around? : -)
The feast!
The moment this young man has been waiting for!
After dinner, we had some puppy time . . .
and baby time!
We also really enjoyed watching Louie Giglio's "Indescribable" DVD
as part of our thanks-giving to our awesome God!
And then . . . the time came to enjoy
Cassidy's AMAZING blueberry cheesecake and
Valerie's apple pie and chocolate pecan pie!!
YUM!
What a wonderful day!!!

ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a beautiful day and you captured it so well. I especially like the photo in the driveway.
Thank you for sharing. I am assuming that baby might be part of the social service system? I hope that is an ok assumption. I have many similar pictures posted of our "for now" cuties. We have been foster parents for a while. What a wonderful day you must have had. Thank you again for sharing.
ReplyDeleteShiloh ~ Indeed, lots of snuggling going on around here. Ya never know if it'll be with a puppy or baby! : -)

Sandi,
Thanks for visiting and for leaving a comment. Good job for loving the precious little ones that need a family. Yes, our little baby girl is currently a part of the foster system, but will soon officially be able to have our family name. Can't wait for that day when we can show her cuteness in its entirety!! : -)
Keep up the good work with lovin' all those that the Lord brings to your family!
With love to you all,
Robyn
