Thanks to Valerie for capturing these first two adorable photos of Brielle.

This one was taken today right in the midst of puppy-picture-day for the 4 week-old puppies. :-)

 Charlie is truly Brielle's best friend. 

And we think the love is pretty mutual!  :-)

 The other day, I gave Brielle a bit of ice-cream.

Next thing I know, she took her ice-cream just outside our back door to eat with her "friends,"

as Charlie was out there this day.

and Grammie was the guesser.

Grammie was saying everything but "Dumbo" . . . .like . . .  

"flying elephant, elephant with big ears, EL -E - PHANT. . .etc"

She began making really funny "you guys are CRAZY" faces back at us!!

She was cracking us up!!!

Feeling so very blessed that our family had the special treat of getting to worship

with Uncle Jerry, Aunt Marilyn, Papa and Grammie

 this morning at our little rural church.   It was a very, very special time indeed! 

God is so good!

(Kyle was MIA here, as he was helping to set-up a slide show for some visiting missionaries.) 

It was sad to have to say "goodbye for now" to Uncle Jerry and Aunt Marilyn right after this picture was taken, as they needed to hit the road back to Sheridan, WY to be with their daughter and son-in-law for some medical needs before heading all the way back to Michigan.

We'll be praying with and for you, Uncle Jerry and Aunt Marilyn,

and love you sooooooo much!!! 

Thank you, thank you for coming all the way out here,

and for spending these past few days with us!   

We enjoyed every minute and truly feel SO VERY BLESSED!!!!  

Baby Sitting Today :-)

So while the rest of the family went to help out with an annual family picnic

hosted by some good friends of ours in Oregon,

(and while Papa and Grammie took Uncle Jerry and Aunt Marilyn to see Mt. St. Helens),

Brielle and I stayed back to *babysit*! :-)

Whew!!!  It is a BIG job right now!

 With watching 11 of these 3-day-old pups . . . . 

 And also,

But we're glad they joined us afterwards for some of Grammie's delicious chili!

We all enjoyed sitting around the table telling funny stories!

 

 Uncle Jerry had a special little bonding time with Benny,

rolling his soccer ball back and forth during a good bit of the discussion!
