Celebrating An Awesome Man and Son-in-Love!

We had a little bit of a belated birthday party for our beloved John!  

(I'm also late in posting these pictures!) 

But I think this party happened on Memorial Day Monday, the 30th! 

We love you, John!

On a side note, we did surprise John on his actual birthday with a chocolate cake taken to his workplace!  We were going to surprise him as he walked into work that morning, but he ended up beating us there, and getting into his office before we arrived!  Not knowing, we waited out front for 1/2 hour thinking that he was late to work! Ha!  So eventually, we went into the front desk at the hospital where he works, and the receptionist paged him to come down for a "computer" related need.  We still got him good! :-) (Photos of that down at the bottom of this post!)

Saying "Goodbye For Now" for the Last Time!

Ben took this picture on our last night with PapaBob and Meemom before they flew back to AZ after the wedding.  But taking them to the airport the next day wasn't as hard or sad as it usually is!  Because that is the last time that we'll be sending them back to Arizona!  They are moving here permanently! They have sold their house in AZ, and will move in year-round, full-time . . .  forever in their home across our little road from us!  Woo hoo! (Not pictured . . .Peter was there . . .just didn't end up making into the picture that brother Ben took!)

 

Mother's Day 2022!

Mother's Day was special this year with Meemom still being here!

I wanted to get one of these 4 generational pics with Valerie & Naomi, but it didn't work out with naptimes! We'll try again another day!
