New Mode of Travel for our Family!
We recently decided to help "make camping great again" as Ted is calling it :-),
by upgrading from our truck camper to this pre-owned rig!
This picture says "Marilyn was there!" on the day we picked up the motor home!
Lots of new adventures ahead!!!!

Mother's Day 2018!!!!
Woke up to this breakfast, lovingly made by sweet daughters, Valerie and Caroline!!!
Then, we went to church and stopped by DeGoede's on our way home to get some pictures!
Then, Valerie and Caroline made an amazing homemade potato salad and broccoli salad AND Valerie's famous apple pie!!! We barbecued brats and hamburgers and had quite the feast!
Then, headed outside for some water play on this very warm day!
Richie, Lydia and Marilyn were able to join us!
I was soooo, sooooo, soooooo blessed by all this lovin'!!!!!
(Not pictured ....Lydia's amazing grown-from-seed red geraniums in cute metal farm pails and Daddy's beautiful hanging basket. :-)
Thank you all so much for the super fun and special day!!!

A Little Taste of Summer!
We are soooo excited with seeing some nice, sunny days and longer daylight hours to play outside!
First hot dog roast and smores of the season! \
We've been trying to play lots of baseball and volleyball on the dry days!
Kinda feels like camping . . . playing a game on the picnic table on our gazebo!

First of May Fishing Expedition! :-)
Brielle recently asked for a fishing pole, and has been enjoying it immensely!
Taylor and Victoria were in our neck of the woods, and wanted to take the kids out fishing.
It was so fun to go along with them!
Brielle got really good at casting the line! Even her brother Joe was very impressed with her ability!
