Victoria is Engaged to be Married! :-)

Taylor pulled off an incredible surprise proposal!!!! 

  He planned the proposal on a day that Victoria made plans for them to take their horses to the beach. Since it was her plan originally, he figured she would be unsuspecting of his plan that day!
